The Challenge
Our client, a property management company overseeing 50+ residential complexes, was struggling with outdated access control systems that relied on physical key cards and manual visitor management. The existing system had significant limitations:
- No remote access management capabilities
- Frequent security breaches due to lost or duplicated key cards
- Manual visitor registration causing long wait times
- No real-time monitoring or access logs
- Inability to integrate with modern smart home systems

Our Solution
We designed and built a modern, cloud-native residential access control platform using Next.js for the web dashboard and mobile apps, with a microservices architecture on AWS for the backend.
